About The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and client focused Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) to join our team within Prosperous Financial.


This role is focused on managing and developing relationships with our existing clients, ensuring they continue to receive high-quality, tailored financial advice. You will work closely with clients through regular reviews and ongoing engagement, helping them adapt their financial plans in line with changing circumstances and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the client relationship for existing clients, ensuring a high-quality and consistent experience.

  • Assess and analyse clients’ financial circumstances and long term goals, identifying their needs and objectives.

  • Provide tailored financial plans, delivering expert advice and appropriate financial solutions.

  • Showcase expert knowledge on a number of key areas which will enhance the clients financial wellbeing.

  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships through ongoing communicationsand annual reviews.

  • Work collaboratively with Client Services Executives and Paraplanners to deliver an efficient and seamless client journey.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes and support businessgrowth.

  • Ensure all client information and documentation is accurate, complete and maintained in line with compliance requirements.

Skills And Experience:

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) is essential

  • Strong knowledge of investments, pensions, protection and savings product

  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly

  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving individual and team objectives

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including client services

  • Experience with financial planning tools such as Voyant and Online Application systems is an advantage
